Todd Holt graduated from Texas Tech University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and in 2010 with a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning. Todd began his career in financial services with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) in 1991. He became a Unit Sales Manager in 1997, served three years as Assistant General Agent beginning in 1998, and became General Agent in 2001. He has been a member of MassMutual’s “Management Inner Council” and has qualified several times for the company’s prestigious “Leaders Conference.” He currently serves on MassMutual’s national General Agent’s Committee where he chairs the Annuity Committee.
Todd has continued his professional development by completing MassMutual’s rigorous Executive Development Training through the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and the prestigious Buckley School of Public Speaking.
He has also obtained the following credentials/designations/certifications:

Todd has served as a director on the boards of Youth Corps and the Lubbock Club and is active in Texas Tech University’s Red Raider Club. He has also served as a member of the board of directors of the Lubbock Area Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals (1999-2002), and as president (1999-2001). He served on the board for Life Underwriters (1999-2002) and has chaired the PaceSetters and Insurance Divisions of the United Way. In 2009, Amy and Todd were awarded the outstanding givers to the Children’s Advocacy Center in Lubbock.
One of Todd’s favorite things to do is to educate adults and students regarding financial matters. Todd has been a guest lecturer at Texas Tech University where, for several semesters, he taught an undergraduate risk management class.
Todd is married to Amy and they have two incredible children, Jacob, who graduated from Texas A&M and lives in Austin, and Christian, who attends Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

The ChSNC designation was developed by The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The certification program and the professional designation evolved from MassMutual’s SpecialCareSM Program.
